Since he was 11 years old, Matt has been dabbling with the magic of the video camera. At first it was experimenting with stop-motion animation (because, like puppetry, it is bringing the inanimate to life), but then it progressed into full-fledged film-making and editing. In high school, Matt helped restart the school's video production class, where he taught himself how to use the top editing software of the time. By college he was filming and editing his own puppet videos for Youtube, and gained hundreds of hours in experience around the camera (whether in front of, behind, or in post), and will continue to develop and utilize his skill-sets as opportunities arise. *hint-hint*
